For a number of years, three of the four projects remained stalled; but soon things will be looking up, literally. The four developments which will soon get underway along the north side of Prospect Place, will add 68 new apartments to the block.

Prospect Place
New York Developers plans a four-story conversion of the former billiards
factory, which will consist of 44 rental units and a two story addition
atop the original building designed by S3 Architecture.
The development site stretches through to St. Marks Avenue, creating
space for a courtyard alongside the interior of the building.

375 Prospect Place
Located just off Washington Avenue will soon be a six-story, seven-unit
building being developed by Tin Pan Partners.
Original plans to construct a four-story structure with a penthouse on
the site had been stalled since 2008, and the development site was sold in
2012 for $1.2 million.

353 Prospect Place
This stalled project started back in 2005, and was hit with a Stop
Work Order in 2008.
In 2013, Roy Raineri purchased the development site and hired NSC
Architecture for the ten-unit, four-story project.
The building will have with a rooftop deck, a mezzanine, a lower
level and terraces for each unit

357 Prospect Place
This development has been stalled due to a Stop Work Order for work
without a permit.
Over the past seven years the site
has traded hands a few times, and the current owner, Brookland Capital, plans
to build a five-story, seven-unit building on the site.
The project calls for a private terrace for the fifth floor penthouse
apartment.
